Order:
We use a third party credit card processing company to handle the orders placed on our site. We also use a third party shipping service to expedite shipment of products bought on the Site. The information collected in the order process will be used to complete orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, and CVV Number. This information is used for billing purposes only. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you, but we will not make a practice of sending you scheduled email messages for the purpose of encouraging you to re-order.

Legal:
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
